Andy Steinmetz, CFA, MBA, is the Chief Investment Officer at Tulsa Wealth Advisors.  Andy began as a Financial Advisor in 2015 before moving into an Investment role, and is now leading the Investment Management Committee (IMC) for the Tulsa Wealth Advisors.

Andy is primarily responsible for developing portfolio strategy based on his on-going analysis of all aspects of the economy and the markets.  He works closely with Mike Mazzei, CFP®, MPAS®, and the other advisors with analysis and recommendations for their client portfolios. He also oversees the due diligence process for all potential portfolio investments.

Andy directs the models for the asset allocation process designed to help clients develop and implement a diversified, proactive investment strategy.  Portfolio models are customized for each client based on income, conservative, moderate or growth objectives.

The models are designed to correspond with changes in the economic and market cycles.  Using technical trend analysis in conjunction with forward-looking assumptions on fundamental indicators, the Dynamic Asset Allocation Program attempts to help clients minimize volatility and maximize capture ratios through each phase of the market cycle.  Employing a diversified portfolio that is sensitive to current market environment can potentially help clients achieve a level of return reflective to the risk they are willing to take.

Andy holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Oklahoma Wesleyan University along with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas.  He received his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2019.

Andy and his wife, Hailey, have one son and enjoy outdoor activities, exercising, attending sporting events, mission trips, and various volunteer activities.
