David earned a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning and holds the designation of MASTER PLANNER ADVANCED STUDIES from the College for Financial Planning. He is a graduate of Northeastern State University, the Defense Language Institute, Leadership Tulsa, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Tulsa. .
David and his wife, Cheryl, have a daughter, Laura, and are members of Parkview Baptist Church.

Ian Kiefer is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who joined Tulsa Wealth Advisors | Raymond James in 2008. Ian works with clients to develop, implement and manage comprehensive financial plans. He seeks to provide confidence through the execution of retirement, investment, insurance and other client-centered strategies to help clients leverage their wealth in order to achieve their life and financial goals.
Ian earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oral Roberts University and holds a Financial Planning Certificate from the College of Financial Planning. He is a member of the Jenks Chamber of Commerce.
Ian enjoys spending time with his wife, Erica and two sons, Tyler and Finn. Ian also enjoys spending time with friends at the lake, camping, cycling, and serving at their church, The Church at South Tulsa.

Anna Vincent is the Executive Assistant to David Moore, MPAS®, RFC. She coordinates David’s calendar, prepares daily reports and communicates with the client service department regarding service requests.
Anna grew up in Collinsville, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas. There she majored in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development.
Anna serves as the Volunteer Coordinator and Social Media Director for Puppy Haven Rescue. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and attending Razorback football games.
